Greater Essex Demographic Forecasts (Edge Analytics)
Essex Planning Officers Association (EPOA), representing local planning authorities in Essex, identified the need for early collaboration between authorities on the preparation and use of demographic information, particularly in light of changes to the planning system and revocation of the East of England Plan. Gypsies and Travellers DPD: Issues and Options
Early stages of work to produce a separate Gypsies and Travellers DPD was undertaken, as required by the previous government. Two consultations were carried out at the first stage of DPD preparation, Issues and Options. The first consultation was during July-September 2007 and the second took place during May-July 2008.
Gypsies and Travellers DPD: Pre-Submission Draft
In March 2009 the Council resolved that it would be in the best interest of the Borough to provide 15 additional permanent residential Gypsy and Traveller pitches by 2011, as required in the now revoked East of England Plan. Consultation took place during December 2009-February 2010.

Housing and Economic Land Availability Assessment (HELAA) (2017)

Essex County Council, in its role as Lead Flood Risk Authority, commissioned JBA Consulting to complete a Surface Water Management Plan (SWMP) for Brentwood Borough. The report establishes a long-term action plan to manage surface water and will help to inform future capital investment, maintenance, land-use planning, emergency planning and future developments.
