Councillor Will Russell, Chair of the Community, Environment & Enforcement Committee at Brentwood Borough Council said:

"We welcome everyone to this great annual event celebrating talented local artists, groups and emerging new local talent. This year we have a record number of venues, which is fantastic and plenty of interaction and fun for families and visitors alike. People can engage and explore the diversity of art in the various workshops- which cater to a variety of different tastes and are led by the artists themselves.”

Everyone can join the Discover Brentwood Art conversation on social media by using the hashtag #BwdArtTrail2022 and following @BwdArtTrail. People can also get involved in Blue Serif’s Brentwood Bunting Project by taking a selfie outside the venues, using social media filters that have been designed by creative local people. Everyone taking part, can scan the QR code and tag @bwdarttrail and @blueserif when they post.

The Brentwood art trail aims to increase footfall in the borough's shopping areas, showcase local talent and build the community, as part of Brentwood Borough Council’s Economic Development Strategy 2021-25. The trail is sponsored this year by the Brentwood Business Partnership, Tees, Beresfords Group and Blue Serif.
